Cristina Amyot
President & CEO
Cristina Amyot serves as the President and CEO of EnformHR, an HR consulting firm founded in 2008. Headquartered in Holmdel, New Jersey, EnformHR partners with business leaders to extend and implement HR Best Practices to companies on a national and global scale.
EnformHR’s client profiles vary widely, covering a multitude of industries, including professional services, healthcare, finance, education, technology, retail, hospitality, trade, municipalities, non-profit, and manufacturing, inclusive of union and non-union, privately and publicly held, domestic and global. Approximately 50% of EnformHR’s clients utilize fully outsourced HR support, and the balance opts for project-based services, such as payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, workplace investigations, and compliance audits.
Cristina brings over 25 years of expertise to the field of Human Resources and has served as a dedicated player in the HR space. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree, Cristina began her career in Human Resources at a consumer market research start-up, building their HR infrastructure from the bottom up. She then went to Paychex, providing HR support to budding small to mid-sized businesses. During this time, she completed her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and pursued a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers. As her graduation neared, she decided to open EnformHR to serve the underutilized space of growing businesses who do not have in-house HR. Over time, her company has served over 400 clients, many with a multi-state and/or foreign presence, and has expanded its offerings to support well-established companies and their existing HR teams. She and her team of HR Business Partners pride themselves on providing their diverse client base with flexible, customized, expert HR support tailored to their business needs.
EnformHR is certified as a Woman’s Business Enterprise with the State of NJ and with NJ Transit, the NJ Department of Transportation, and the Port Authority of NY/NJ United Certification Program.
Driven by a commitment to empower organizations through innovative HR solutions, Cristina continues to lead EnformHR with a forward-thinking approach. Her vision extends beyond conventional human resources, realizing that to be effective, HR needs to understand each client and adjust to their ever-changing business conditions. As she looks to the future, Cristina remains dedicated to growing and developing her team to serve this goal.
